Returns and complaints

Cancellation of an order within 14 days

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day on which you receive the goods, without giving any reason. You must notify us of your cancellation in writing at sales@mobicam.bg or by telephone on +359 884 047 727.

After notifying us of your cancellation, you must return the goods within 14 days. They must be in an unaltered, resaleable condition, with all accessories, cables and documents, and in their original packaging. You are responsible for the return costs, unless the goods are defective or we have sent the wrong item.

We will refund your money within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method that you used.

When the right to cancel does not apply

The right to cancel does not apply to goods made to your specifications or installed as part of a bespoke project, or to software licences with a revealed code.

Claims concerning defective goods

We are liable for any lack of conformity of the goods with the contract for two years from delivery. During the first year, the lack of conformity is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless we prove otherwise.

If the goods are defective, you are entitled to repair or replacement at no cost to you. If this is impossible or is not completed within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a price reduction or to terminate the contract.

You can submit your claim at sales@mobicam.bg or on +359 884 047 727, enclosing proof of purchase and a description of the defect.

How it works in practice

1. Write to us or call us and describe the issue.
2. We will provide you with a return address and case number.
3. Pack the goods so that they are not damaged in transit.
4. Send them using a courier of your choice.
5. After inspection, we will confirm and arrange a replacement, repair or refund.
